Your own brand
Your learners see your brand, not ours
On a subscription, your learners can use The Skill Site at your own address, such as learn.yourcompany.co.uk, under your logo, colour and name, and receive their emails from you. Every plan, the free trial included, puts your logo and colour on certificates and employer reports.

What carries your brand?
Your logo and colour
On every plan: your logo and brand colour on certificates, learner reports for employers and your staff's pages.
Your own address
On a subscription: learners use an address such as learn.yourcompany.co.uk, with a secure certificate set up for you.
Your name, not ours
On a subscription, with white-label on: learners see your organisation's name in page titles and the tab icon, with no "Powered by" line.
Emails in your name
Reminders, grade results, certificates and password resets reach learners from your organisation’s name, with replies going to an address you choose.
Why it matters to a training provider
Your employer clients buy your training, not your software. A learning site at your own address, with your name on the certificates and the evidence you send them, keeps the relationship with you. It also means learners bookmark your address, so moving platform later does not break their links.
Questions and answers
How do we set up our own address?
An admin types the address in Settings, then adds one CNAME record at your DNS provider pointing to the target shown. Once the record is found, the address goes live with its own certificate.
Which plans include our own address and white-label?
Every subscription. The free trial and the free plan include your logo and colour, but not your own address or white-label.
Will learners ever see The Skill Site’s name?
On your address with white-label on, learner pages and learner emails use your name. Signing in with Google passes briefly through our main address and back. Your staff pages, staff emails and the public certificate check keep our name.
Can learners from another organisation see our courses on our address?
No. On your address learners see only your organisation’s batches, and staff of another organisation cannot open your staff pages there.
What happens if our DNS record changes?
We check every live address once a day. If its record no longer points to us, the address goes back to waiting for the record, emails stop linking to it, and your admins are told. Learners can still sign in at theskillsite.com meanwhile.
